请教：建一个登山基地基本的条件？

我们这里是山区，山体属于丹霞地貌，风景很美，旅游业比较兴旺。我计划搞一个登山基地，不知道场地需要什么条件？国家的相关标准是什么？基本的装备设施需要怎么配备？希望大侠指导。谢谢。回复：<A href="mailto:wjy_109800@163.com">wjy_109800@163.com</A>
