我们高考前都是去跑100M 冲三级. 说实话100M拿三级比登个5500M的山简单多了
而且登山真的不能单从海拔高度来看，特别是6000---5000的山.在四川登个5500的山通常难于在西藏登个6000的山

我认识一个，身体一般，没搞过户外，头脑发热，参加慕士塔格商业队，登顶，至少也是一级了吧？
还认识几个，去年参加奥卓友商业队，登顶。运动健将了吧？
其他竞技的，有这么容易吗？
我要真想拿，奥卓友没问题。可是我拿它干吗？除了炫耀下
好多家长让孩子爬商业队的慕士塔格，因为可以加分。
只谈海拔还不是重要的，攀登方式更重要。
如果是纯阿式攀登（至少也是独立攀登），那还是比较难
如果商业登山，实在没什么难度

五级运动员：
　　凡达到下列条件之一者，可申请授予三级运动员称号。
　　男子：
　　（一）登上一座海拔53００米以上独立山峰顶峰者；
　　（二）登上两座海拔5米以上独立山峰顶峰者；
　　（三）登上一座海拔5０００米以上独立山峰并在另一次登山活动中登达53００米以上高度者；
　　（四）在两次不同山区或不同活动中登达海拔5５００米以上高度者；
　　（五）在全国攀岩锦标赛获得七至九名者；
　　（六）在全国青年攀岩锦标赛获得四至六名者。
　　女子：
　　（一）登上一座海拔5０００米以上独立山峰顶峰者；
　　（二）登上两座海拔4５００米以上独立山峰顶峰者；
　　（三）登上一座海拔4５００米以上独立山峰并在另一次登山活动中登达5０００米以上高度者；
　　（四）在两次不同山区或不同活动中登达5０００米以上高度者；
　　（五）在全国攀岩锦标赛获得七至九名者；
