我是说45度雪以上最好不要结组，45度冰50m以上路线，我是没有胆量solo和结组的，也就是交替保护靠谱点。
同时行进保护是不错的方法，但对技术要求很高，嗯，btw，其实我还是比较怕陡雪坡的。

要是心里没底的话,老老实实的交替保护

两到三人一组,尽量在每一个绳距的攀登过程中,都做一个可靠的保护站.

一点拙见:结组技术因地制宜,是视地形情况始终变换着的,结组的目的和重点在于保护,为攀登者提供安全的过渡.不论运动间保护和交替都只是结组技术的一种,具体到选择应用跟攀登队伍的人数\技术水平\经验\风险控制能力\攀登地形的陡峭暴露程度有很大的关系.

登山圣经上介绍过这种方法，跟垂直攀登的解组差不多了，应该是很安全的，就是行进时候麻烦点。

如果是冰坡组组的话，可以试试25度的亮冰，看看能不能拉住滑坠的或踩进暗裂缝的同伴，90%会被拉飞。个人觉得雪坡30-40二名熟悉且技术熟练的瘩档可以结组前进，如果是冰坡，基本结组就是犯错误，也许顶级高手能在30度冰坡上拉住同伴？好象也不太可能。

1拖2也就是1前2后这样方式比较好,适合裂缝区探路,第一个探路的相对较安全.

结组的一些要点

结组是非常重要的技术，基本是什么情况都可以用到，但根据不同的地形有不同的处理。不同的坡度、地形、伙伴的水平等因素决定这结组的形式。由于结组是通过同伴间的相互保护而通过危险的地形，因此结组有一个非常重要的方面就是两人之间的绳子一定是紧的，如果不紧，结组的意义就不大了。如果两人水平相当是一种情况，比如，冰裂缝的情况，那绳长就需要长一些；陡峭的冰雪坡，如果两人水平相当，绳子可以长一点，根据坡度来判断是否放置保护点，或者使用自然保护点，跟攀的人把保护点拆掉，保护点不局限在冰雪锥，插下去一个雪杖，或者冰镐，把绳子搁在上面就ok了；岩石山脊地形，根据不同地形改变两个人的绳子长度，根据情况使用锚点，最好最快的方式是使用自然的保护点。
如果两个人水平相差较大，结组又会有不同的情况，一般来讲，水平高的人不管上升下降，永远在上方。
 当然这些东西都需要很多的学习和练习，做到安全而且快速是最重要的。建议大家跟随有经验的人练习，进步才比较大。
