2007.6.21-23骑车飞来峰（补交作业）

[color=#000000][font=宋体][size=10pt]弥补一下作业了，这是在今年全国锦标赛前的一次训练，拖上李奥、黄周文和海口的大兵，骑着自行车背着攀岩用的绳子、快挂、安全带什么的和露营的帐篷、睡袋还有锅碗瓢盆食品[/size][/font][size=10pt]......[/size][/color]

[color=#000000][size=10pt][size=10pt][font=宋体]单边九十多公里的路,彭州过后是山路上坡,我们去的时候花了5个小时,包括中途的休息和午饭.虽然我们几个都不是第一次骑车出去,但背着四五十升的大包骑车可还是第一次,哈哈,最辛苦的就是屁股了,比平时的压强好像又增加了一倍,幸好我在刚出发的时候在机械师那里拿了条骑行裤救急,但还是难受啊!!! 这次骑车主要是为了心肺方面的训练,去的时候和回的路上基本都是我和李奥在前面,特别是回的时候李奥还带我跑了几段,走在前面看着有西瓜卖,我们就敲一个等着大兵和黄周文,当然他们也担负着付钱的在重任,然后在GO ON 下一段.[/font][/size]

[color=#000000][size=10pt][size=10pt][font=宋体]攀岩主要是耐力的训练,大兵和李奥搭档在土匪洞10B,我和黄周文在12c和13b上板,状态还不错,这次去一次就红了12C那条线,想下刚来到那条线路下时还是和图登搭档,计划在上10次内把它搞定,我好像是上的第7或者8搞定的,但当时觉得不太可能.黄周文还差最后一把了,被折磨的够呛.随后第二天我们转战旁边13B那条线,是很难,冲了很多次,终于磨到第7把快挂,离顶还有两把,后面的暂时还没想到怎么解决,可能那天也,没力了,不过可以一气爬到那儿,对自己还是满意了,呵呵[/font][/size]

[size=10pt][font=宋体][font=宋体][size=10pt][font=宋体][size=10pt]黄周文一开始就不注意自己形象[/size][/font][size=10pt]([/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]图片就不上了[/size][/font][size=10pt]),[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]害的一路都在喊虚脱[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]刚回到成都时候买了瓶冰冻饮料和就更厉害了[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]一直都走最后的他居然一下兴奋起来[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]跟着一辆电瓶车后狂飙[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]大兵叫了他才停下来[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]他说以为前面那车是我们的他在跟车[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]养成了惯性[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]头晕了[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]我们也狂晕狂笑[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]来张他的形象照[/size][/font][/size][/font][/font][/size]

[size=10pt][font=宋体][font=宋体][size=10pt]大兵[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]我们中体力最强的但也最渴望再得到训练的[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]所以一路上他负重的也是最多的[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]一天晚上一时兴起说问谁要喝啤酒[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]果真就从土匪洞跑下山门去买酒[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]来回足足搞了一个小时[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]牛人[/size][/font][size=10pt]![/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]第二天才讲他本以为路边就有没想到的走到山门[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]一直还犹豫呢[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]不过可不能空手回啊[/size][/font][size=10pt]......[/size][/font][/size]

[size=10pt][font=宋体][size=10pt][font=宋体][size=10pt]在啃[/size][/font][size=10pt]13B[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]那条线的时候我也深受伤了[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]一个冲坠直接就向着后面的被砍尖的棕叶枝去了[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]在另外一个岩壁下的李奥听着以为是我们爬的欢后的嚎叫[/size][/font][size=10pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=10pt]没想到是悲痛的惨叫[/size][/font]
