第一次参加登山活动,心中有些气短

国庆节报名参加西藏登山队组织的启孜峰攀登活动,不知道要做些什么准备,需要多少装备.呵呵.o4qO-T1_pH

主要是说对于他们而言,这个算不了什么.而且,他们本来就有这些条件的.1wj0g$A)VE2M

但是,对于我们这些菜鸟来说,总得准备些什么吧,譬如说身体锻炼,常用的装备等等..o(u%_&E9?E+qA,@C

呵呵 ,主要担心现在的体格不知道能不能上去!
 
不过,看了不05年的所谓美女与野兽登山队(那些所谓明星)都上去了,心里也就不怕了.

装备有条件自己准备好，像租给你的高山靴是及其破烂的，租金还不低
