Business partner:
This poistion requires a fellow person who shares my passion for climbing and Xcmliber and who is willing to invest money and time.
Manager:
This involves finding groups to take climbing, gaining business from travel agents. Advertising for X-climber and setting out the rules and aims of X-climber. Also the manager will get a salary and profit every year.
Climbing Guide:
I can offer accomodation, a good monthly salary plus comission from each group they take/help take.
Volunteers:
Best climbing area in here, you can use our gear and rooms for free, but sometimes you will have to help guide people with us and look after the shop!
