真实的价格远远不止这个数，而且就算你这些资质全都拿到手，也不见得就吃得下领队这碗饭，本本和实际技能以及组织协调能力等综合素质完全是两码事，但是本本是基础，最起码证明你在相关权威机构接受过相关的专业技能培训。现在很多人把领队和教练的概念搞得很模糊，好像教练就是负责专业技术的，领队只要组织协调能力强就行了。我不那样认为，我认为，要当领队，你必须是教练中综合素质比较强的，各方面都比较优秀的才行。

　　领队在目前大多数队里就是个带路的兼背夫，面对现实吧．
　　真正高素质的早就自己玩去了，其中有经济头脑的就去想办法生财了，比如摄影等．
