<P><STRONG><FONT size=3>      走了4个小时， 终于到了大本营，营地真是壮观啊，一大片密密麻麻的帐篷，每人一顶，睡的一定是舒服，不过刚到的当天晚上我们6个都不同程度的出现高原反应，头疼的稀里哗啦的叫着</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P>经过一夜的休整适应，第二天都好多了，老马把俱乐部的旗子拿出来挂在营地高高飘扬</P>

<P>今天杨队带大家上大本营附近的冰塔林做登山的脚步节奏与呼吸等训练</P>
