本帖最后由 menghuan 于 2009-9-13 20:43 编辑 PS:[不是尾声的尾声,鸟的快件昨天(28)上午到达,打开邮件那个震撼啊,兄弟们,你们说要不要让鸟公司再发扣件了?] ARC'TERYX公司: 6月4号有只Bora 50 Backpack型号的登山包因扣件损坏,应厂家要求,从XX寄往加拿大,运单号是:CT170159750CN。 因为扣件损坏,相关照片附后,返厂维修,邮寄时将损坏扣件已用英文注释字条粘贴,并做了明显标记,要求维修好后连同腹(腰)带一同寄回,但7月份寄回来时发现,扣件只换了一只,另一只没有更换,并且腹(腰)带也没有随包寄回,造成此包现已无法使用。 现要求你公司迅速把未更换的扣件和腹(腰)带发回XX,并承担往来费用,谢谢。 ARC'TERYX用户 2009/08/07 PS:因为卖家已没有任何积极帮忙处理此事的态度,所以只好自己和鸟公司邮件联系,让其处理了,我兄弟郁闷死了。 有内行的兄弟解释一下下图中的金额160是什么东东。 今天(19号)的邮件

I have a Bora 50 Backpack which is produced by ARC'TERYX in Canada. Because of some damaged part, we have sent it back to Canada on June 4th as per your instruction, with Waybill No CT170159750CN. In that parcel, I have clearly marked two broken fasteners, also attach their photo. Thanks for your kind warranty service, we got backpack back during July. Unfortunately, only one broken fasteners has been replaced, and your service staff forgot to send back my Waist-Belt accordingly. I am one of faithful ARC'TERYX's consumers in China, Kindly I ask you to send me one more fastener and send back my Waist-Belt. Pls check attached photo for these parts. Best Regards & Thanks in advance. 建议: 1. 多拍些照片,把你讲的扣件和腹带在照片标注出来。 2. 把你原始的运单,拍个照片过去确认。根据运单号,他不一定能快速准确的找出SHIPPER。 3.如果厂家肯发的话,一般自己会承担运费的。所以我没特意强调运费问题 以上翻译和建议仅供参考。。。。。{:5_131:} |

On June/04/2009 I shipped the pack from xx to Your company in Canada for the repair job of two broken plastic buckles. The order number is CT170159750CN. The broken buckles were clearly labelled accompanied by a photo. However, The backpack returned to me in July with some surprise, Only one buckle have been replaced and another broken one remain unchanged. In addition, the waist belt of this pack was missing too, resulting the temporary suspension of this pack. I wish your company can find the missing waist belt and ship it with a new buckle to xx at your cost and I can do the repair job locally.
